Our Process
🔄 Our Process
Simple. Transparent. Supportive.
We understand that navigating psychological evaluations—especially in legal or disability claim settings—can be overwhelming. That’s why we’ve made our process straightforward and supportive from start to finish.
🧭 1. Determine Your Need
Start by visiting our Services page to identify which evaluation best fits your situation. Whether you’re pursuing a VA disability claim, need a fitness-for-duty assessment, or require a legal consultation, we’re here to help. Renexa Psychology is part of the PSYPACT network, check our services page to see if you are in a state that participates.
📅 2. Schedule Your Appointment
We start with a FREE 15 minute consultation via telehealth where the provider determines what your needs are. Visit our Book Now page to choose a time that works for you. You are not charged at this time for any service to book your consultation.
🧠 3. Complete Your Evaluation
We’ll conduct a comprehensive psychological examination virtually based on your needs. Sessions typically last 60–90 minutes and are approached with respect, professionalism, and care. Some services will not require an exam, but are optional. Prior to the provider starting the service, 50% of the service cost is required.
📄 4. Receive Results & Documentation
Within 7–14 business days, you’ll receive your completed psychological report and any supporting documentation. Reports are structured for clarity and built to meet the evidentiary needs of disability claims, legal cases, or federal agency review. Prior to receiving your reports and documentation we require all invoices to be paid in full.
We understand that these services can be expensive, talk with your provider to arrange payment for your service in installments.

Our evaluations are conducted by a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 20 years of experience, including federal and VA service. These are professional clinical opinions based on objective psychological testing, interviews, and record reviews. Reports are structured to meet evidentiary standards for disability claims, legal proceedings, and agency evaluations.

Yes. With your written consent, we can send your completed report directly to your attorney, claims representative, or designated agency contact. Please let us know at the time of your evaluation, or submit a signed release form if you decide afterward.
